🎉 Exciting News! Intern Counsellors Aileen Fearman and Riley Sandbeck are now offering individual counselling for a reduced fee.

🌱 New Clients - Book a Free 15 Intake Call with our Intake Coordinator to be matched with a counsellor and explore support options.

🌿 Current Clients - Select your counsellor and choose the appropriate session type and length.

👉🏻 Need help? - Please email reception@harbourfamilycounselling.ca or call us at 778-400-4766. Feel free to leave a message and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours or the next business day.

FAQ - If you have a question about counselling fees, extended health plans, or direct billing we’ve likely answered it here: https://harbourfamilycounselling.ca/rates or email our Operations Coordinator, Jacqueline: admin@harbourfamilycounselling.ca

🕥 Cancellations + Rescheduling - If a session is cancelled or rescheduled for any reason less than 48 hours prior to the appointment or in the event of non-attendance, the full session fee applies. This is because it leaves a significant hole in the counsellor’s day along with prep time that could have been used for another client. Alongside providing the best help for our clients, we also want to provide the best experience for our team members. If you’d like to switch your in-person session to online or by phone, please email Megan: intake@harbourfamilycounselling.ca
